I have been hesitant to start the 12*12 challenge for a long time. While I have plenty of ideas written down, I have struggled to follow through on them in the past. However, something changed for me when I read a Medium article by Justin Rahardjo, a brilliant engineer from Vancouver, about one of his startup ideas. His idea and the way he explained it really inspired me and gave me the motivation I needed to finally take the plunge on this challenge that I have been wanting to try for a long time. This idea was popularized by Peter Levels, and I plan to follow Justin’s writing format and document my progress in my own blogs.

What is this challenge?

Over the next 12 months ( or as time permits) , my plan is to launch a new startup or project each month, or as time allows. The goal is to learn from my previous projects and develop a faster and more efficient approach to building things. I am eager to begin this challenge and to create something useful and valuable. Currently, I don’t have a complete list of the specific projects I will be working on, but I am excited to see what the future holds.

Startups

Startup 1: Karyaa

At Karyaa, we believe that daily tracking is key to boosting mental productivity. That’s why we’ve designed a to-do tracker that’s simple and easy to use. With a clean and intuitive interface, users can easily add and prioritize up to 8 tasks at a time. We understand that too many tasks can be overwhelming, so we’ve limited the number to help users focus on crushing their goals every day. In addition to the to-do list, we also have a scratchpad section where users can do a brain dump and move tasks to the to-do list as needed.

Project 2: VsCodeSetup

The idea is to discover which vscode extensions developers are using and share it with others to help them find good extensions. This approach provides a more accurate picture of what the community is using compared to just looking at download data on the marketplace.
